We Were Looked At The Apt At The Laurel Palms Apt ~ www.LaurelPalmsApts.com in Perris CA. ~ These Are NOT Apt Building For Rent ~ Its Really A KIDS Skateboard Park, Opened ALL Hours. Just To Mention A Few of The Following Problems ~ Below.

First Thing We Saw Was Several, Several, Several Kids Skateboarding in The Front of The Apt Buildings It Looked Like Every Kid There Was Skateboarding ~ A Real Skateboard Heaven.

They Make Jump Ramps in The Parking Area ~N~ On The Sidewalk Apt Area ~N~ Road ~ Leaving The Ramps Their All Night We Were Told By Renters.

Their Leave Their Skateboards All Over The Place ~N~ Blocking The Walk Way Area All Day Long ~ Again We Were Informed By Renters.

They Skateboard Well Into The Night Making All Kinds of Noise ~ Jumping With Their Skateboards ~ Day In ~N~ Night After Night. We Were Informed By Renters.

We Were Informed Some of The Kids Skip School So They Can Skateboard All Day.

They Leave Their Skateboard Ramps They Made For Several Hours Up.

We Saw This While We Were There, Looking Too C If We Wanted To Rent ~ So We Asked Several Renters About This ~N~ They Said This Was A Normal Thing ~N~ This Was A School Day???

Also They Informed US of Other Problems ~ Like The Water Is Always Being Turned Off For Repairs ~ This They Informed Us Has Been Going On For Over A Year Now.

We Were Also Informed The Kids Here Like Too Cut The Cable TV Service Cables.

This Apt Building Are Well Over 30 yrs Old Too ~ After Seeing What We Saw We Did Not Even Go Into The Renting Office Building ~ Renter Be Ware.
