These guys offer things like a virtual doctor's office for you to call in sick to employment. They also offer doctor's notes you can supposedly download and use yourself once you pay the $75 membership. Here is a direct quote from their website:
1. Unlimited printable doctor's notes are included with your membership.
2. All printable doctors notes are on doctors office's letterhead and 100% customized.
When I asked them where I can access those unlimited printable doctor's notes they told me no such notes exist and I would have to pay them $450 to make one for me. What a joke, I just paid $75 to pay another $450? It's false advertising so buyer beware and steer clear of this joke of a company.
