Stay away from these guys

I requested a box-set of 30 Stone from hotdvdcollection.com for my spouse's birthday. It got 6 months to obtain it from China, and so I missed her birthday. After I got the drives, not one of them might perform on some of my products. I sent them-and informed them of my issue, plus they stated I'd need to pay shipping to come back them to China, of course if they claim they'renot poor, they wont return something. I'm going to be left with nothing and out $61.50. Listed here is their reaction below:

You need to protect the shipping if you like to come back them back and have to get a return.

We shall examine all of the drives directly after we received your deal. If we discovered that all diks may perform perfectly. I'm scared it's your defective and we-don't return you something, If we realized that all drives cannot perform perfectly / we shall return you. However, you must protect the shipping.

Please check should you want to 10% partial reimbursement to conserve money and time

I'm along the way of answering this, but while you can easily see, it seems pretty impossible
