Penimpressions
Credit for returned goods not given. Rip-off!

We ordered a large amount of product, and received some incorrect items. Linda at penimpressions was notified, and we were told the items should be returned, and we would receive a credit. The items were returned in July, and they have been called repeatedly but we have still not received our credit.

I have given them until today to receive a credit. I will be calling them this afternoon, and letting them know I have a contact at the FBI in white collar crime, and filing a report. So to everyone else who has had a problem... There is hope. I will keep everyone posted as to what happens. But I suggest to everyone DO NOT ORDER ITEMS FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
