Ripped Off, Items received were not as described and paid for. Returned Items, BIDZ declined a refund, BIDZ got the money and the jewelry. I got nothing

I ordered jewelry from BIDz during the Christmas season. I found BIDZ on the internet by accident. I was very excited by the items (seeing the photos and reading the descriptions and the prices) I bid on several.

When I received the items, several of them were not of the quality represented. Tanzanite was very light blue, Aquamarine was practially colorless, Chain on necklace was so thin it would break if touched, earrings so small you wouldn't know you had them on.

I returned the items as they stated, registered mail with an RMA number.
I received an email from them stating that they had received the items and after examination they found them to be as described and therefore I would not get a refund. They did not return the jewelry. They wanted me to go to a jeweler and get a report. This would have cost more than the jewelry was worth

I got in touch with the credit card company with my problem and they in turn got in touch with BIDZ only to be told that BIDZ had never received the items. They wanted a copy from the post office to where it had been mailed and who signed for it. I could not get this information from the post office because their records did not go back that far. I sent them a copy of the email stating that they had received the items and had examined them. I was told that emails could be changed.

After stating that I had paid for the items and had returned them and received nothing in return and calling the credit card company several times, tonight they said that they would credit my account for the total amount.

Do Not Do Business With This Company. They are not a good business to buy from. Their jewelry is junk and no where near the price that they are claiming as their worth.
