Ripoff Took deposit money from my account never contacted me re: laptop compute

Found CircuitMicro.com on web as I was searching for affordable laptop computers with financing. Found model I wanted to buy, filled out qualification paperwork and was approved. A couple of days later my account was debited 39.95 for processing fee. Have yet to hear from them or receive any notification (mail or email). No answer at phone number on web site for Customer service 949-707-5817.
