Ripoff, billed me and never sent a so called email Internet

I filled out CircuitMicro's online application and they said that they would contact me by email to let me know if I was approved. I NEVER got an email, but they were quick to bill my bank for the charge ($39.96). When I tried to call the number I found for this company, it said that the number had been disconnected. I believe this is nothing but a scam! I have emailed them twice now and I will wait to see if they even contact me back. So, beware, if you are thinking about using CircuitMicro, think twice. I don't think this company is a legit business. I don't believe this company even exists... I don't think they have any computers or any access to any. If anyone that reads this knows of a way to contact this so called company, please post it or email me personally.
