Ripoff, took money no product

I was looking to buy a laptop and I came across circuitmicro.com. They offered to finance anyone. So I filled out the application, got a very nice phone call thanking me for my quick response and my downpayment.

This was in July. I was supposed to make 3 payments on top of my down payment, then I would receive the laptop.in September, they took out my downpayment a second time, overdrafting my account. They reimbursed me for the overdarft charge.

Well I decided to Pay the difference and my 2 payments would be paid and I could get my laptop. Well It's now November and I still do not have my laptop. I've made several phone calls (evry 1 1/2 -2 weeks) and they keep telling me they haven't received the shipment yet. I have tried to call 2xs since halloween and they don't answer their phone during business hours. The last time I tried was right beore I posted this (3:15pst November5th)
