Rma issued but Newegg decided to void it

I requested a off the newegg.com site. I received a faulty item and finished a rma request them. Newegg determined they didnt wish to cope with replaceing the faulty item so that they voided my rma without having waiting to obtain the returned product. Today I've to leap through hoops and cope with the organization they purchased them from. This can be a scam of the business that doenst wish to cope with clients whatsoever. They simply need your cash and don't care if you should be happy ot not.
