Not honoring manfacture 1 year warrenty

I purchased a Virgin Mobile MIFI system. The unit had a-1 year manufacture guarantee. The unit smashed On July 1. I named customer support to inform them the unit smashed. They looked up my consideration and explained I had been still under warranty. They explained I'd need to send the unit for them and they might deliver an upgraded. 24 hours later I obtained a container through FedEx within the container was an envelope to come back the system. I shipped it for them. Two nights later I obtained a charger for that mifi device. I named them thinking where my replacement device was. They attempted to inform me there have been none in-stock. Another week passed I called again. They sent me another charger. I called back and same task once again. I've named them 8 occasions and also have invested as much as one hour every time within the telephone together. Even today I've yet to obtain the replacement device. Deceptive guarantee alternative I'm today from the price of the initial price of the system.
