Jay is great sale person... He will tell you exacltly what you want to hear! He will tell you how simple the system works, how great it is, and how much cheaper it is then the competitor. Once he installed my home theatre equipment and received payment, i never heard from him again. The remote has never worked and I had to beg a competitor to come in and fix his mess! What a waste of time and money! The surround sound receiver is junk, the speakers turned out to be $20 speakers that you can fine anywhere, and his techs are as unqualifed as anybody you can find off the street... But they drive a shiny new logod van. I guess perception and image is everything to him because in hind site he has no clue what he is doing and is in way over his head. Be very careful... Jay is full of himself and will tell you anything to to get your business. If you want junk products, the cheapest wire you can buy, untrained techs in your home, and a system that will never work, then call Jay because he is the right guy. Unbeleivable... This company will never do an honest deal... Stay clear of Jay and Hi-Tech Home.
