Ripoff rude phone people

My wife and I moved to North Carolina when we got married, (I was already there stationed at the local Marine Corps base. Which I had high speed internet in the barracks.) We moved into a apartment that didn't offer high speed internet. We needed internet, (banking, bill paying, etc) I went with AOL because it was easier to install and had better connection numbers. I connected and when to my MSN and Yahoo stuff, never used the AOL email. 6 months go by and the apartment offers high speed, so I sign up. I call AOL to cancel my service, they ask me why, I tell them " I don't need it anymore", they offer me 3 months free, I say please cancel, they put me on hold and I get another person, they offer me 6 months, I say no thank you. They ask me again why I am canceling, I finally tell them, I got high speed, they offer the 9 dollar a month high speed package, at this point I have been on the phone 20 mins. I don't need it, well they tell me I will lose my AOL setting and email, I am like " I used you guys to connect and went to my MSN and Yahoo stuff, the lady " tells me, those companies suck, and your stupid for using them. I don't get mad, put I proceed to ask for my cancel number and her manager. I get my cancel number and her manager, I tell him how rude she was and what led up to it, he calls me a loser for using MSN. I let him have it, and I told him I never want a AOL disk mailed to me ever again. What do I get, AOL disks every month. Thanks for the free DVD cases!!!
