Budget Medicines Pty Ltd, Or M.M. (?) Charged me for, and shipped to me, medicine I never ordered. Victoria

I have never ordered medicine online, let alone from a foreign country, so I was shocked when I received a shipping envelope containing medicine (Sibutramine), in the mail. Its return address was in Victoria, Seychelles. I had no idea where that was.

The invoice had my complete address, my phone number (incorrect by 1 digit) and an E-mail address, apparently fabricated to be mine. The invoice indicated that it was purchased by credit card, but didn't identify the card.

I checked my Visa account, and found that I had been charged $169.95 for a 3 month supply of a medicine which I had never even heard of.

I don't know how this company got my name, address, and credit card number, but I suspect that someone on the internet is selling information like that, for profit. I don't know if these companies buy the info to increase their sales, or what...

I'm trying to get my credit card company to get the charge removed. I don't know what's going to happen, though. Nothing like this has ever happened to me before. I don't think that a company would just pick only me... Out of the blue, so I expect there are other people out there who have gotten medicine they didn't order.
