CVS CareMart / online injectables
Poor Service

My husbands job changed over to CVS Caremark for prescription drug coverage. We went from paying nothing for his diabetic medicines to have to pay money on it the amount is not obscene but there is another medicine that he takes that I have noticed a steady increase in the amount for that medicine each month. The price is never the same even though we pick it up from our local pharmacy. Recently I had Ovidrel injections that were ordered by my Reproductive Endocrinologist and it was a time sensitive medication and it took them almost a week to get it shipped and this was only after I had to call them repeatedly and they kept saying they did not get the fax. I hate this mail order stuff through them with a passion and most of the medicines I need for my treatments are ones that I have to get through them to be covered. I recently sent them a message to get some prices and was told that they had to have an authorization for the meds before they could give me a price BUT my copay would be 15%. Needless to say I am considering paying for the medicine out of pocket and tell CVS Caremark where they can SHOVE IT!!!
