CVS Caremark
Deceptive business practice

Health & Medicine

I'm like I've recently been robbed by CVS Caremark.

I'd requested a 90-day refill to get a sensitivity medicine - XYZAL - like a mail-order for my spouse. As she'd unwanted effects from Allegra and OTC medicines we'd to-order prescription medication.

I received the medicine on 04/06 after which got a on 05/25 for 200$. On calling CVS Caremark I had been educated that XYZal isn't any longer a favored medication by Insurance and so I need to spend 200$. I requested CVS why did somebody not contact me to see me the medicine isn't a favored medicine and subsequently why didnt the bill was delivered after 2 weeks and never combined with the medication. I had been informed that CVS may inform the client only when the purchase exceeds 250$. I had been informed by CVS to come back the medicine, but because they deliver me the bill after 50 times I've currently eaten over fifty percent of the medicine. CVS claims they CAn't do something about this and that I need to spend the 200$.
