Completely ignoring my request for cancellation

In searching for help with a math issue, I happened into this site, which, the moment i popped it, an request to talk to a teacher got up. I approved the request and that is once the fraud starts. I had been advised i picked the incorrect course in the drop-down selection which I'd need to spend extra to change towards the course that i required tutoring, by this time around, they'd previously billed $99 on my charge card. I expected them to change the charge however they declined! The consultant (Nanda) required very long time to react and his reaction usually was "I obtain one to consider Math immediately" totally ignoring my request termination. This can be a FRAUD!!!
