Similar to above noted complaints, with one exception. I called them immediately requesting a cancellation, the request had already been processed, however, they did offer me a $5 refund, which reduced the monetary damages. They also offered me a coupon for a free change of address request in the future. While I was on the phone with customer service I received a confirmation email from USPS indicating my request was successfully received.
