Terrible customer service and appalling attitude

I fill my automobile at least one time per week in the Sasol across from Fourways Mall. Besides the truth that I get irritated using the uncomfortable entry and leave of the support stop, I still obtain horrible perspective in the tellers! Today, I bought liquid and some additional items. Whilst spending in the till, I requested the woman for change for R50. She confirmed me that there is no change within the till and stated I really could request the teller alongside her. (Firstly, why did she not consider the effort and have her very own friend himself!) I then stood and waited to request the following teller - who merely dismissed my request. I requested him again for change (after simply because he'd ample change in his till) then he handed down some change - which was incorrect. I informed him that its not the best amount. He required the cash in an extremely horrible and RUDE method, and explained that I ought to not ask him for change as its too soon within the morning. He required the cash back after which switched around to a different friend and began talking to him. I haven't Reported about the bad support that I obtain constantly as of this support station. Management must take a look at using more qualified and pleasant team.
