I have called Dell three times since May 7.
On May 7, I was sold a support desk contract (Dell Solution Station) for $204.70.
On 6/7, I was sold System Mechanic software for $116
On 6/30, I was sold a McAfee contract for $63.83
The total is $384.53 in less than two months. This is almost enough to purchase a new computer. After each time I call, my computer begins acting worse than ever. I am feeling like a patsy.
