I've a Constitution Communicatios "pack" deal - it offers phone, cable television and web servives.in January 2099, I dropped online sites for 4 times. Constitution delivered something worker to repair the issue. He explained that the "node" ceased working creating me plus some of my neighbors a lack of online sites. I am unsure exactly what a node is but I was informed I'd not be billed for that support phone.
Additionally, Constitution guaranteed a credit on my statement for that period I had been unable to continue line. Normally, once the next statement arrived, I acquired no credit as well as in reality, I HAD BEEN charged $35.00 for that support phone. I named Constitution in Feb and, after waiting about the telephone for 45 minutes I had been informed from the client service representative that my statement could be acknowledged $35.00 for that service visit and $17.00 for that lack of support. Nowadays is March 22 and that I got my newest statement on line. The sum total bill was $170.37. This really is roughly $35.00 significantly more than my typical payment.
