Rip-off! No replies, no customer service! Fradulent!

I had dial up service from www.ixpres.com. I often sent questions to them but they never, never responded. Once, I even tried upgrading my service but they didn't respond then either. Finally, I gave up and sent email notifying them that if they didn't respond I would cancel. I sent emails to the corporate address, the billing address and the sales address several times. I sent 1 final email saying that because they never responded to my communications I was cancelling. Unfortunately, they didn't respond to that either at first. When I didn't find a credit on my card from the automatic charge, I tried and tried to get them to reply.

Finally, someone got back to me but was very confrontational. He inferred that I never notified them and wanted copies of the email. I sent him several copies but the earliest one I had saved was the actual cancellation. He said that because they had billed me 4 days before I cancelled I was not able to get a refund. So, I had to pay for a whole month, they wouldn't even pro rate it. This is a money grubbing company that does not care about their customers only the money that they can grab from their customers. Don't use this company, they will rip you off.
