Sparkpapers.com Did not send my paper AT ALL, AND charged me! Woodland Hills California

First off, sparkpapers.com is a complete rip off! I was charged for $66 for a paper they NEVER did for me. I tried contacting them IN ADVANCED to verify time and dates but they never responded to me at all. Finally, after a few days, they STILL did not return my emails and when the paper was supposed to arrive in my inbox, it did not. I didn't receive anything from them. They didn't respond to any of my emails, they did not respond to their job! Then, a day after, they charged my credit card and i emailed them yet again and unsurprisingly, they did not respond. I had to dig through a lot of webpages to find their contact number but I found out that they only like to correspond through the web but with them not answeing ANY of emails, it kind of defeats the purpose! I called their credit company and demanded a refund, and fortunately they did. But the point is NO ONE should have to experience this. NEVER order anything from sparkpapers.com because they are a shady company that overcharges their customers!!!
