Rip off... No customer service or communication whatsoever, will not respond to emails or contacts if you have a problem

Please... If you are looking to purchase a keylogger program, look ELSEWHERE!!! Actual Spy's customer service is HORRIBLE... They have NOOOO problem whatsoever taking your money... Obviously, SOMEONE is getting paid... But, they will NOT respond to any inquiries from customers about problems with the programs... I sent numerous emails to them (TO ALL THREE OF THEIR EMAIL ADDRESSES listed on their contacts page, which "conveniently" is also the ONLY way they list that you can get in contact with them)... And I sent these emails to them over the course of probably 4-5 months... Zero response. NOTHING!!!

I was having problems with the program and needed some assistance, and they didn't respond AT ALL!!! I mean, NOTHING. I am absolutely BLOWN AWAY by the fact that they can take my money, but they REFUSE to respond to customers whatsoever. Their contacts page states, "Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions"... Yet, when you contact them, they don't even bother to respond. That says a lot to me... When you can take my money with NO problem at all... But, if and when I have an issue with your program and need your help, you just completely blow me off and don't respond at all, then clearly you don't deserve my business.

Customer service is everything to me. What good is a great program with HORRIBLE customer service? I mean, they could have at least RESPONDED!!! That is absolutely ridiculous to me! They know that people are still purchasing their program OBVIOUSLY, if they are getting PAID... Yet they list three email addresses which they don't respond to, as their ONLY ways to contact them. No telephone number, no address, and no other email addresses. Absolutely ridiculous. I will NEVER purchase this program again, and I HIGHLY recommend anyone considering purchasing it to think again... As you WILL have problems with the program at some point and they WILL NOT respond to you. So the program becomes worthless. SAVE YOUR MONEY and buy elsewhere.
