Inability to honor warranty

I'm having issues having a business that we've bought Mastech DC power products.

The organization is Acifica, Inc., San Jose, CA. We've bought over 20 DC electricity products out of this organization during the last five decades, but lately we bought ten models of the greater voltage design (HY10020EX) that people hadn't employed before.

Though previously bought versions show great stability, the HY10020EX design has already established many problems and also the unsuccessful models have now been fixed by Acifica underneath the 12 months guarantee. Nevertheless, today return and Acifica will not repair among our energy products which was sent for warranty repair to them. View current email below.

1.) Five models of design HY3030E have run without any issues for around 2 yrs. Two models of design HY5020E have run without any issues for around 2 yrs. Three models of design HY5030EX have run for 7 months without any issues.

This could appear to show our programs aren't bad for these types of energy products. Period prices aren't any quicker than 10 units under load load.

We've observed a failure price that was significant just on design HY10020EX models.in September we bought ten computers of Mastech DC power HY10020EX (Buy #110919-095056-7732, bill # Mastech 032211E).
