Not reliable

I created purchase at site named gobean.com but on planned period nothing was sent to me, I named their customer care but recorded speech questioned me to gain access to another site and complete solution over there, I’ve posted my querie but 4 times approved and I’m still awaiting response. It appears like I got cheated.
