Netzero ripoff

I tried cancelling netzero a couple of months ago since I wasn't happy with it. I hadn't been using it much, so I wanted to cancel. They told me they would GIVE me two months free, so I didn't have to have a payment out of my credit card until July. They took the payment out June, July and August.

I told them already, but they kept taking the payments.
