Connection is terrible

I've had an undesirable encounter with FIOS connection. I'm unhappy at-all with providers which have been guaranteed. The salesman created a variety of guarantees - none which have now been shipped upon. Entry is really bad I have to utilize my hotspot to obtain online (including today). Velocity check providers haven't been accessible and Google has timed out repeatedly.
