Amazon stole my money. Refuses to help

Amazon Merely will not assist, I've requested a large number of bucks in items with no problem, oneday a buddy asks me i purchase a 199$ gift-card for him I'd 400$ in my own Gift-Card harmony i havent applied. Amazon sets my bill on-hold to confirm the 199$ order. I deliver every record they required like 100 occasions, they maintain addressing exactly the same things such as spiders, they keep requesting that i obtain to my lender to contact THEM to confirm. Wich is merely absurd, the bank doesnt contact a store, the retailer calls the financial institution. The financial institution doesnt do this, so they really merely WOn't assist me. The sole reasonable clarification is I've 400$ in my own consideration plus they wanna grab it, lord knows just how many ppl is struggling exactly the same destiny and just how many countless $ amazon is taking from people, not just that they get handled like thieves or overlooked from the nazis named consideration professionals. Wich only solution by fax therefore the cowards don't receive all of the hate they deserve
