I operate a little non profit assisted living center.in January, Comcast (our cable television supplier) transformed our support (without any notice) and actually doubled out statement. Within the six months which have adopted, we've created more than 80 phone calls looking to get our statement straightened out. They keep altering our service (and also have today disconnected a number of our support) - phone after mobile call has been doing no-good. They maintain costing us various costs (we got 2 distinct costs to date nowadays), informing us we are within the incorrect school of support (that will be, obviously, where they place people), moving us to others who wont support, encouraging to send fixed expenses that they seldom do so when they are doing, the statement is not the total amount mentioned about the telephone.

We actually have 18 unique need citizens without any tv service since Comcast doesn't have convenience of customer support. I actually donot realize why it's absorbed six months, 80 telephone calls and numerous staff hours to discover what support can be obtained and what it costs.
