Comcast Xfinity triple play problems

Approached comcast representative to obtain the HD triple-play. The comcast representative explained I'd need to purchase a wireless modem, as their device doesn’t have one created in. He proceeded to market me a router for $70.00. Then he described how much superior their HD was than everybody elses. I dropped for this. Works out, the router isn’t a comcast modem, and so not recognized by comcast. Customer support knows nothing about this. They claimed they provide free hubs. First fraud. Additionally, as it happens comcast HD isn’t accurate HD but 1080i not 1080p. Next fraud.

I had been drawn in with a $250.00 refund, which also doesn’t occur. Next fraud. The web is continually throwing. It is definitely flashing out and in. And also the HD isn’t HD.
