They stink - comcast

I'm so tired of them screwing my bill up. One month it good the next its super high. You can talk to millions of people and they still don't help you. I wouldn't have them if I didn't live where I do. When the equipment fails its your fault never there fault. They are the ones that give you the equipement but oh so sorry we are the stupid people who mess with our stuff all the time. LOL It would be nice to have a straight answer from them. It would be nice if the REALLY gauranteed customer satisfaction. Because I am not satisfied!
