Good luck getting a technician to service after installation - wireless internet

I have been having troubles with speeds being no where near what I was told I would receive on a regular basis. I have contacted the company many times to try to address this and do not even get a call back. The installer Jeramiah seemed like a nice young fellow and installed the service for me, but never responds back when I call him to notify him I am having trouble with the service not being what I was told it would be. He said he could help with tech support and gave me a tech support number for any service outages or equipment failures. Well good luck getting a repair man in the event of service problems is all I can say.
