I called these people to have a phone installed, just a plain phone line. After almost a month there is still no service, they claim to have finally connected the line a week ago and refuse to issue a refund. Calling results in a very long hold time with transfers to other unhelpful people, everything takes at least twice as long as it should and that's if you're lucky.

They make you pay up front and then keep your money even if they do not provide the service they agreed to. I cancelled because I'm not going to continue paying for absolutely nothing, but I have lost a good chunk of change taking a chance on them. Classifies as a ripoff or scam in my book.
