Ripoff

I decided to use 1800-4-a-phone and when I paid the first time fee for activation and the first month, I didn't get my phone on until more than a month later. I would call and I just got the run around. Then they couldn't find the address to connect my phone line so that's what took longer. Then when they finally said it was connected, it wasn't.

I was charged for that month also, even though I didn't use the phone. It was connected at my home. If it was connected, it was probably connected at a different location because I still had no phone service. Then I moved, and told them I was moving and I was charged the fee for moving the phone line to a different location.

I paid that and finally got phone service at my new home. Now I received my phone bill and paid that month here. Then I tried using my long distance as they explained that I have a package where I get 2 hours of long distance every month. Well, I tried calling long distance and I don't have long distance.

Once again I call them to see why i can't use my long distance and they said that the long distance was not working at that time. About a week or two later I tried using my long distance and once again what a coincidence that the long distance is not working AGAIN. They said by the end of the evening it should be working. It's been over a month now and it is still not working. Now, after putting up with all that my phone gets disconnected!

I think that in order to pay a bill, you need to receive a bill. I never received a bill. Now I have no phone line and I need a phone because I take care of my little sister who has spina bifida and my step-mother is in the hospital out of town right now, and I have no way of contacting anyone.
