The charged my credit card illegally and will not supply info on who started the account Internet

This company charged my credit card illegally saying it was used to start an account for dial up internet service — i do not even have a house phone & when i contacted them to find out who created the account they told me it was not thier policy to verify credits cards and just created the account. When i tried to get info from them as to who and phone number that was being used they told me they could not supply that info

This company is a true ripoff and needs to be shut down — please all file compliants contact police and all go to http://www.ftc. Gov/bcp/edu/microsites/idtheft and file compliants there as well
