Farm supply credit card fraud. Used my card without my permission. Made up invoice for goods I never wanted. Billed 479.70 to my account

Industrial state supply got my credit card from farm supply which now only has an answering service. They used the # and created an invoice for goods I never asked for nor wanted. They billed my card for $479.70. Told me I was a new account so I had to have placed the order... Or... How could they have my cc#. Told them I never received anything. They said no refund. Will send you catalog order stuff for $479.70 that would be the only way they could handle it.

I'm writing a complete report for my cc company and asking them to withdraw from service to industrial state supply, so in the future their customers won't be exposed to these people. I'm also inquiring how to reach the major cc companies with my story and asking them to withdraw support. They (farm supply) reached me over the phone and needed a credit card to process the sale. Their info was picked up by industrial state supply and illegally used. If they couldn't have used the credit card I had, they couldn't have taken my money. Their products can be found through honest businesses.
