Ripoff - billed for FREE mailbox after closing DSL account

We had Earthlink DSL and recently moved. We discontinued Earthlink DSL. They offered us a free mailbox for transition purposes. They then proceeded to bill us for it and for additional mailboxes. We have been billed over $100 dollars for a free service, and this all during the free period. If you have had a similar experience please call me at 773 348-4663. Thank you.
