This Company/guy, Second HAnd Joe's, Joseph Staffieri Jr.
Has been ripping people off on Ebay.com. Claiming to have Gas masks for sale when he doesn't. He takes your money, and then never returns phone calls or emails. Has done this to about a dozen or so people.
He ripped me off for $224.00 for 4 gas masks and filters delivered. Paid on Oct 8, and have not seen any product or replies from this con artist.
Has since closed his ebay account and also his paypal account.
This guy needs to be stopped. He is praying on peoples fears.
