Curtis Cross - Brian Muhammad - Judine Jove
Ripoff Sent money order via Western Union and never received products

I won the auction on Ebay for $780 for a In-Dash LCD Screen made by Kenwood. The sellers ebay name was thesellerguy2@aol.com. There were pictures of the items with his hand in it and "thesellerguy2" in handwriting on a peice of cardboard.

When I won the auction, we emailed each other, he gave me his information, his telephone number and the address of the Western Union to use. He told me his name was Curtis Cross, but Judine Jove was the name registered under his ebay account.

I wired him the money and he told me he would send out the products and call me with the tracking number. He never called, and he did not ever answer my calls. I left numerous messages. It was reported to me by email that the same person was trying to sell them the exact same product under the same user name but a different registered name: Brian Muhhammad. I put negative feedback under his user name and tried to contact Ebay. I tried everything to get ahold of someone at ebay, calling emailing with no return. I was contacted by 8 different people from ebay that had the same exact problem. They saw the negative feedback I posted on ebay. This happened a week before Christmas 2003.

Just this month (Feb) I went on Ebay again, I saw the same product but with different pictures under a different seller name. I can recognize the handwriting in the picture and the dark-skinned hand holding the sign. This guy has ripped off numerous amounts of people and Ebay is still allowing this to happen. Something needs to be done. I am reporting both Curtis Cross and Ebay.
