City Search Fraudulent computer generated clicks-bogus billing

They will sell clicks for a minimum of $300 per month. Our company monitored website traffic and there were hundreds of clicks from 1 IP address (an application program) which generated all clicks within a one-hour period. FRAUD!!! Then they bill for the fraudulently generated clicks. They cannot provide any reports or data reflecting the Internet traffic or supposedly legitimate traffic. This is a scam, it is fraudulent, and is illegal. These people need to be prosecuted and thrown in jail! Then when you refuse to pay, they turn you over to a collection agency.
