Just dipped in to my checking & helped themselves to $89.99

Internet & Web

Found an electronic debit to my account on 7/28. The bank said it was a pre-authorized hit by AOL. I called AOL and was told it was the renewal of an Online Fraud Protection account that I opened (get this) two years ago! I was calm and explained thats a mistake because I dont buy that kind of crap, not then, not now, not ever, please give me my money back.

Instead, this hormone-ally challenged creep tries selling me on this plan! What part of "Give Back My Money" dont you understand? So he starts giving me attitude about this is something I personally ordered (2 years ago) and im stuck with it. So... I get a supervisor on the line, and she gives me even more attitude and says it will take 10 to 14 days to get refunded.

Now, I dont remember too much after that, but today (8/2) theres a pending refund on my account. But wait, heres the best part; its $7.50 light! How can they get away with this s&? They have to be breaking some laws, somewhere. I cant understand how they can be allowed to just walk into my checking account, get caught, and give back everything except $7.50! Whats that, a jagoff fee? Listen, if there is anything I can do to help you stop these pricks just name it. I want to see them go down.
