I still remember the time its 11:16am-11:48am, 02/08. The number i called is 800-933-6262. I wish BOA can find out what is the problem and give me an answer. I like all of your servises, i have being your consumer for 4 years, and i really dont enjoy this kind of expeirence. Or, i would like to suggest others do not use BOA card any more.
