They banned me without warning per their own rules

3 warnings = 3 day ban
6 warnings = 5 day ban
9 warnings = 7 day ban
12 warnings = 14 day ban

If a user earns a 5th ban (All bans expire automatically after 1 year), it can range from 30 days to a Permanent ban depending on the case

This is the rule system that is in place to prevent game bullying while this is great the GO's or Super GO's don't go by this and when confronted by this they do not reply... I was a paying customer, this has changed since then... As I was harrased on this site by a certain person... When I lashed back he reported me... When I went to report them I was banned... I tried to explain to the adminastrators or GO's that I couldn't report him because I am banned from my account...

I have paid well for their services and even though I can't say I am totally in the right I was far from being fully in the wrong, with this said the bully is happily playing the game with the full support of the GO's, if you play this game be fair warned they will not be kind to you and if you get bullied by someone else watch out... They probably supported by one of the GO's or are one of the GO's... Please avoid this company at all costs and save your money for something that will pay off in the long run as these are cash mills and will do whatever they can to get you to spend your money.
