Gladiatus (Game) Unfair bans for even paid players

First time I was unfairly banned for simply arguing with someone on server 1 of gladiatus. I argued with the ticket system people (customer service) and they actually gave me a 30 year ban. For arguing! Murders and rapists get less time in prison. Second ban was for bashing based on a obscure and poorly written rule that was I trying to follow because I was a paid player. I didn't want to get banned but lo and behold just when I'm doing good they BAN ME AGAIN! Do not give your money to this company. Do NOT play their games. They are based out of Germany and they have no sense of customer service or basic fairness. The rules are so ridiculously strict that it defeats the purpose.
