Banned for 38 years for "MUILTI-ACCTING"

Me and my sister decided to check out this game well everything went well for about a week. Before I forget to mention im visiting for the holidays and im currently not living with my parents any more so this gets fun. I made my acct and her acct on the same pc at my house and then i read the rules and i dint want to get banned so i called her up and asked if she wanted it. Well long story short, we started to play for about 3 days i sent her some resources in game from my dads pc to her she was on my moms pc.
Thinking it was 2 different pc's ive asked them nicely for the past 2 weeks to remove the ban for wrongfully banning me and my sister

"you have been banned for multi-acctin"
i think they should of warned me first be for giving us a 38 year ban a lil 2 harsh i think.
