K2 Network only cares about money

Ive been playing knight online for more than a year and about almost 2 months ago my account was blocked/banned for no reason, i sent them a few tickets asking why my account was banned but i havent receive any answers from them. These people obviously dont care about their customers, their customer support is really bad and full of flaws. Like i said before i spent a year of my life playing this game, spent lots of money on premium platinum service for me and my friends and they banned my account without a warning or even a reason why. And the worst part is that im not the only one with this problem.
