This person states that they will send you results of a background check. After you pay you get nothing in return. I tried to get my money back but I can not. You pay him $12.95 and nothing comes your way. It says "no results found". Even though you know the person you searched for has an extensive criminal background record. This person is not legitimate, this a scam.
