NetZero a Big Rip-Off

I signed up for the Netzero Platinum offer of "being just like AOL only for $9.95/month" deal... Unlimited access, you would think... WRONG! They have now cut off my service because of "telecommunication costs in my area" and "abuse of usage". Now, how can they offer me something that they can't fulfill??? I don't think they should be comparing themselves with a company that offers unlimited access if they don't want you to use it as unlimited! I paid the 6 months for the price of 5 upfront with my credit card and am unsure of when I will be credited because I only used 4 months. What a rip-off! I already turned them into the better business bureau. If they had questions about the cost, they shouldn't offer their service to all consumers. Obviously they didn't count the cost before they started.
Another thing... Their original premise when they first started was that the "internet should be free"... What happened to that? They have cut the consumer down to 10 free hours a month from 40 recently.
