At&t DSL service is the worst, don't get it! - at&t wireless

I have an account with them for the past year and a half, and in all this time I have to reboot the connection every 5-10 minutes, meaning I loose connection, i have called technical support and after hours they say they cant help me because is not something they can repair from their office, so they will have to come to inspect outside my apartment (which i have no control or anything to do with it) but they will change me $110 dollars which is the fee for WHAT EXACTLY??? Only to come to check if THEIR wires are defective not even inside my house... Well Im not willing to pay them form come to this property which is not mine and do their jobs.in top of that i was paying around $25 dollars a month (the only reason I keep they service even with the problems) but suddenly they start to charge 48 plus tax, i called and they say well the promo is over, don't you think it will be nice that they actually call you or send you a note before they do this??? No they didn't. So Im paying 48 dollars for a service with connectivity problems every 5 minutes! I have called many times and they only answer is try to sell me other upgraded modem and service that will cost me around 170 in total but nothing about fixing this one! Really sucks! And im not even talking about the several billing issues that i had to fix before...
