Ripoff They take my money and than send me to collection Round Rock Texas

Since April 25th I brought a computer from Dell, five months latter I paid the full amount for the computer. During the month of May, I received a letter from a collection company stated that I never made a payment toward this account.

Today is the 26th of July the company still not able to find where that check went but the money has been cash by their bank. Until now there is no one in this company that can answer my questions regarding where my money went.

This company is also selling defective computer. If you need a computer do yourself a favor because this company useless no one can help. I heard they have a customer care department instead they should call it we don't care about customer after we get your money.

Today I called the Corp in Texas and a dude pick up the phone and tell me that's his cell phone (949) 3061593. If anyone has the real number can you please put it on the web so all the customers can talk to those people in the corporate office.

Please stop supporting companies that stealing customer's money and at the same time outsources all their jobs to foreign countries. If they can sell those products for high prices our Sons and Daughters should be able to find jobs after they done with college.
